항공 알루미늄 소재를 압출 성형한 후 일체형 용접을 통해 프레임을 구성하고,고온 풀림(어닐링)으로 내부 응력을 제거한 뒤 1차 정밀 가공을 진행합니다.
이후 2차 진동 시효 처리(VSR)를 거쳐 최종 정밀 가공을 완료함으로써, 크로스빔의 강도, 강성 및 가공 안정성을 극대화하였습니다.
기계 프레임에는 오른쪽 송풍, 왼쪽 흡입 형식의 스마트 배연 시스템이 적용되어 있습니다.
오른쪽에는 이중 송풍 유닛이 설치되어 있으며, 왼쪽의 고출력 흡입 팬과 협력하여 연기와 분진을 신속하고 정확하게 배출합니다.
해당 시스템은 가공 구역별로 자동 제어되어, 절단 시 발생하는 연기를 실시간으로 빠르게 제거할 수 있습니다.
이를 통해 작업자는 보다 청결하고 친환경적인 환경에서 안정적으로 작업할 수 있습니다.
장비의 전·후면에는 고감도 안전 라이트 커튼이 탑재되어 있어, 장비 이동 경로상의 장애물을 실시간으로 감지합니다.
이 시스템은 이상 상황을 정밀하게 인식하고 즉시 작동을 중단함으로써, 잠재적인 안전사고 발생을 효과적으로 예방합니다.
또한, 본 시스템은 능동적이고 지능화된 보호 장벽을 형성하여, 작업자에게 더욱 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 작업 환경을 제공합니다.
전방위 시야를 갖춘 고성능 비전 감지 카메라를 탑재하여,작업 중 주변 환경을 실시간으로 모니터링하고 위험 요소를 즉시 감지합니다.
